Welcome to the Family Grids.
This Codex describes rules for members of the website and opensim located at EasierIT Technology servers who register and upload material, post comments, or provide other content to the Service.
Violations of these guidelines may result in the removal of material, comments or other Member Content or termination of a member's use of and registration in our Community.
The Codex applies to you even if you are unaware of its terms.
The Society encourages open and candid discussions and debates. However, all communications should be respectful. Differences of opinion are okay; personal attacks are not. Comments or content that are violent, threatening, abusive, sexually explicit, obscene, offensive, hateful, derogatory, defamatory, or are racially, ethnically, or otherwise objectionable content will be removed.
Comments, questions and contributions should be relevant to the topic being discussed. Keep in mind that this is not a place for unsolicited personal or commercial solicitation or advertising.
No one likes seeing the same message posted to one or many articles, galleries or discussions.
Participating in, suggesting, or encouraging any illegal activity is cause for immediate removal and termination of a member's use of and registration in I-Grid.
The uploading of copyrighted videos, photos, models or other material beyond what is protected as fair use is prohibited. Do not pass off someone else's trademark as your own.
Creating multiple accounts in the I-Grid is discouraged (without approval). If you change schools, institutions, or place of work, please update your existing Society account instead of creating a new account. To merge your duplicate accounts, please email jirasupport@easierit.org.
Do not post personal or any other information that you do not want made public and respect the privacy of other members or I-Grid employees.
Our Community team does monitor posts, but we may miss something. We encourage members to flag content which they feel violates any of the above Community Rules.
The views and opinions expressed in educator and explorer profiles as well as discussion posts do not necessarily reflect the views and opinions of Society or its partners.
Community members are also required to read and abide by the complete Terms Of Service of EasierIT Technology.
We reserve the right to delete, move, or edit any User Content that Council considers unacceptable or inappropriate, whether for legal or other reasons.
Conduct by any user that restricts or inhibits any other user from using or enjoying the Service will not be permitted.
We reserve the right to refuse access to the Service or revoke Community membership to any user for any reason, including a reasonable belief that the user has violated these Community Rules, the Terms of Service, or any copyright or trademark laws.
Access to the social network and grid server is restricted — you need an invitation from an existing user. To come via Hypergrid you must be on the allowed list or know the password. Any attempt of unauthorized access is a break of law.

We do not provide support for unsupported viewers. Using bots/AI avatars can only be used with approval. Same for making alt avatars.
You must be 18 years old in Real Life to access this grid or our websites/services, regardless of any RP kid/teen character.
If you are from the United States, KYC (Know Your Customer) verification may be required depending on your state.
Update from 1 July 2025 (affected countries):
Due to changes in European law about Age Verification, we require identity verification to comply. You do not need to give us any data directly — it is managed by a internal verification service.
Verification need selfi or payment info verification using our intenal api, system is automatic and we not have access to your photo or any information except result of verification
Uploading content or scripts to I-Grid confirms it is legal and you have rights or permission from the original owner. DMCA violations will be investigated and removed if warranted. Offending accounts may be banned.
All content provided by avatars Amber (User Name), Community Manager, System User, and Cute User are owned by I-Grid and EasierIT. You agree not to copy, transfer, or distribute any of this content outside of I-Grid without approval.
Unauthorized sharing or distribution of I-Grid content outside the platform will be treated as a violation of terms and may be subject to legal proceedings.
All cases will be investigated. We may suspend your account during the procedure. If violation is proven, it may result in a permanent ban without exception.
Users agree to use our services responsibly and not to engage in activities that cause excessive strain on infrastructure.
In the event of excessive resource usage, we reserve the right to take immediate action including:
Our services may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, technical issues, or other unforeseen circumstances. We shall not be liable for any damages incurred due to such interruptions.

All violations of this part may result in an instant ban. We also reserve the right to report user data to National Center for Missing & Exploited Children.
In the local environment, adult avatars are not allowed.
Incoming
Hypergrid avatars are not included in grid dress code but would be nice if they follow it when they come to us.
Outgoing
adult avatars are mandatory not use any kid avatars or adjust your shape to look adult, some grids may be toxic, its risk for whole grid .
Not following dress code may result of suspension for 7 or 30 days, in some cases even ban
You or we may terminate your Account(s) at any time for any reason.
EasierIT Technologies may suspend or terminate your Account at any time for any reason. In such event, EasierIT Technology shall have no further obligation or liability to you.
We may terminate your Accounts for violation of this Agreement, along with any or all other Accounts held by you.
We may terminate your Account(s) to protect the best interests of the Service and the community.
We may terminate your Account if we determine you are a registered sex offender, that accessing the Service may violate a condition of parole or probation, or that you pose an unacceptable risk.
Upon Account termination, you will lose access to your Account and all licenses, Content, and data. All licenses granted by EasierIT to use the Service, including any Virtual Tender, will automatically terminate.
All terminations are final. We do not provide a way to appeal. All your data will be deleted within 30 days. Your inventory, in-world objects, and everything related to you and your alts is lost. No liability from our side.
Any unused currency and/or tier will not be refunded.
We may temporarily suspend your account during an investigation. During this period, do not create alternative accounts — they will be banned automatically.
Re-registration after ban is prohibited. Any attempt to circumvent an account termination or ban by creating a new account, using an alternate identity, or otherwise gaining unauthorized access to the Service constitutes a violation of the Computer Fraud and Abuse Act (18 U.S.C. § 1030) and applicable international computer misuse laws. Such actions may result in legal proceedings, civil liability, and referral to law enforcement authorities.
We ask you to refrain from arguing with the members of the Council, as this could result in your account being terminated. Please respect your admins.
We do not tolerate any kind of drama and may suspend your account for up to 30 days. Repeated behavior may lead to termination.
By logging into the Grid, visiting via Hypergrid, or registering on any of our websites, you accept this ToS. For matters not covered in this ToS, your local law applies.
We do not provide IARs/OARs for banned or active users.

EasierIT Technology is subject to the law of the Kingdom of Enclave. In the event of disputes, all cases will be forwarded to Dentons Warszawa and referred to the competent court.
